Refund & Return Policy

1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging — for hygiene reasons, opened fragrance and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. How to request a return
Email hello@doriscosmetics.org with your order number (you can look it up via Track Order) and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before it has shipped.
